Lohitash Sirsikar

With over 10 years in legal practice, Lohitash brings extensive expertise in private equity and M&A transactions. He served as the legal head for a 'Series C' fintech start-up, contributing to general corporate functions, fund raising, and acquisitions. Lohitash has advised on 50+ transactions across diverse sectors, managing deals of various sizes.

Previous roles include stints at Vayana Network, Platinum Partners, and Wadia Ghandy & Co. He holds a B.B.A LL.B (Hons.) from National Law University, Jodhpur, and is a registered Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

Deepti Malik

Deepti Malik is a dynamic, results-oriented, and ambitious professional with twenty years of extensive banking experience across diverse functions including business development, sales and distribution, product development and operations. She has a proven track record of scaling up businesses within the banking framework and actively contributing to committees such as Executive, Marketing, and Corporate Communications.

With over a decade of expertise in investor and stakeholder relationship management, she has effectively navigated various business and market cycles.

Her diverse professional background encompasses multinational corporations (MNCs), Indian private sector, and SFBs including notable tenures at HSBC, Standard Chartered, Axis, and Suryoday.

Deepti holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Delhi and possesses professional qualifications in Public Relations & Advertising.

With over a decade of experience in PE/VC sector, Shashank brings experience and expertise in evaluating technology investments. His background includes valuing portfolio companies spanning across diverse asset classes, encompassing both private equity and debt.

He served as Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps and as an Associate at BlackRock, India. Shashank has advised global and India funds on valuations, multiple European Banks in framing divestment strategy, restructuring advisory and transaction support to MNC Banks.
